Free delivery threshold. Orders over the threshold shown in your region's banner ship free. Under it, a flat rate applies, shown at checkout before you pay.
Duties prepaid. On EU, UK and US deliveries there is nothing to pay on arrival - VAT and duties are calculated at checkout. No courier surprises.
Tracked delivery is standard on every order. You get the tracking link by email the moment the parcel leaves the warehouse; typical transit is 1 - 2 days UK, 2 - 4 days EU, 2 - 5 days US.
